Malaysian behaviour

Recently news published about our ex-prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir attacked by unknown supporters. I feel very shock and sad towards what is happening. Malaysia previously famous for the hospitality towards tourists and respectful towards old and loyal to the leader.
Since which time Malaysian start act aggresive towards Our ex-leader which had made so many contribution. Is it due to his recently outspoken comment towards our current government or is he too old to give his opinion. Since when Malaysian not respect the right to view your opinion any more. This incident make me feel so ashamed of it. Maybe if somebody see my blog, they will also spray pepper powder at me.
Another incident which make me feel dissapointed is what is happening recently in UPM. A group of UPM students attacked another group of people for some small incidents. Since when Malaysian future intelectual start practice gangsterism then using debat and reasoning to settle problem. Maybe Malaysian now try to form one party called MAFIA MALAYSIA and will replace italy as mafia of the world.
If this is what Malaysia going towards this point to be the country feared by our nation by gangsterism. I rather hope Malaysia Tak Boleh for this objective.

steven johnson

Recently newspaper published a girl voiced her unsatisfaction towards the coffee shop of selling Bactrim to her and caused the above condition.(Notes :Steven Johnson is a serious skin condition caused by drugs mostly due to antibiotics .Mostly penicillin group or sulphur containing group)
She claimed to sue the drug company and the coffee shop owner.
As we all known ,antibiotics shouldn't be sold OTC(over the counter) but some shop take tthe risk and sold it because they throught they can help the patient who need it.
Why does this thing still happens in Malaysia ?We got the cheapest healthcare in Malaysia .(RM 1 to get the average 30-40 medication)
I think mainly because Malaysian don't like to wait(always long queue in government clinic) ,attends to doctor only when they are lazy to work (try to get MC) or have very serious condition they believe they can died of the diseases.
I also noticed some Malaysian prefer taking medication from pharmacy,Bomoh, traditional medication rather than doctor because they believe seeing doctors means they are critically ill.
At last ,i would say if patient's mindset not changing ,this type of incidence will continue to occur.

Acute clopidogrel use and outcomes for blood tranfusion in CABG pt

This is a good study
This study invilve 2,858 NSTE ACS patients undergoing CABG at 264 hospitals participating in the CRUSADE (Can Rapid Risk Stratification of Unstable Angina Patients Suppress Adverse Outcomes With Early Implementation of the ACC/AHA Guidelines) Initiative.
the patterns of acute clopidogrel therapy and its association with bleeding risks among those having "early" CABG less than or at 5 days the use of clopidogrel was associated with a significant increase in blood transfusions more than or =4 U of blood '27.7% vs. 18.4%, OR 1.70, 95% CI 1.32 to 2.19'. In contrast, acute clopidogrel therapy was not associated with higher bleeding risks if CABG was delayed >5 days 'adjusted OR 1.18, 95% CI 0.54 to 2.58'.
CONCLUSIONS: Despite guideline recommendations, the overwhelming majority of NSTE ACS patients treated with acute clopidogrel needing CABG have their surgery within 5 days failure to delay surgery is associated with increased blood transfusion requirements that must be weighed against the potential clinical and economic impacts of such delays.
